In an emergency where medical care and attention is definitely needed it is generally best to CONTACT AN AMBULANCE – TELEPHONE 000.

Our rooms are open from 8.00am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm on Saturdays and 8.30am to 1.00pm on Sunday, doctors will see booked appointments. A Duty Doctor is available each day to see unbooked emergencies. During business hours a nursing staff member is available to discuss with you whether you need an urgent visit.

After hours we provide a 24 hour cover for emergencies – simply dial our usual number and your call will be put through to a fully trained Triage Nurse who will give you advice about the problem. The Triage Nurse is able to contact the Duty Doctor to discuss your concerns or to attend if necessary.

Occasionally we will share our after hours medical cover with another medical centre in Stawell or Ararat.
