In an emergency where medical care and attention is definitely needed it is generally best to CONTACT AN AMBULANCE – TELEPHONE 000.

Our rooms are open from 8.00am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 1pm Saturdays and Sundays urgent appointments.

After hours we provide a 24 hour cover for emergencies – simply dial our usual number and your call will be redirected to the West Vic After Hours Advice service where a fully trained Triage Nurse will give you advice about the problem. The Duty Doctor will be contacted if required. Between the hours of 1pm and 6pm Sat/Sun and Public Holidays your call will be redirected to call our medical centre advice service.
